How we (Wife, Regina Deonn) and I started our business. Our story may be like so many other startup businesses, we started on hope and prayer, maybe not in that order. We both had great determination to bring
forward the skill sets we had both garnered in our adult life of working for other company’s business. I had worked in the restaurant industry for over eighteen years in Management Operation, Training and Administration. Regina’s adult life work was in hospital administration. We had both come to an impass in our careers where decisions were key in our current positions and how our lives could be affected over the next five to ten years. Given these tough times in business economics, changing guards in management, and decisions being made across management, new signs were being made and some names could be missing. It was then that we moved to a better place in our thinking, more so to the direction of where others may try and move us to, versus where we wanted to be. To that
end, neither of us had a real sense of security and neither of us felt that our role would be pivotal in the decisions being made about us. I think back on those days now and realized that it was one of the two most important decisions made in our lives (our first born child) and launching Simmons’ & Simmons’ Restaurant Services’ LLC.

Once the business started, our name and reputation grew quickly.  We knew what our mission was then and it remains the same today, “Listen to your customers, “Excellence in Service” “Stand on Your Word”... these words may sound simple and easy to accomplish but they require commitment to customer satisfaction. Our commitment to those words has helped us grow and we now service customers in over 60 cities, across 15 states and still growing.

Additionally, we expanded our cleaning services beyond pizza ovens to include other restaurant and kitchen equipment. We also provide our services to schools, daycare centers, churches, retirement, and nursing facilities and are available for government contracts. We’ve received customer inquiries via referrals, social media, and our website.

At this point, I will say that we’ve been blessed and we continue to be blessed. We listened to our customers' needs and because we listened from the onset of our company, we set the standard for commercial oven cleaning.
